> Registrations are open until 1st of August 2027.
Registrations can only be made by filling in this online form and you will receive a confirmation email.

> By registering, you agree to pay the fees. You must pay in full, via the Azur-Colloque platform, as soon as possible and no later than 1st of August 2027, for your registration to be guaranteed and validated.
To qualify for the early bird fees, you must pay before 30th of June 2027.
Please read the terms of payment.

> Authors whose communications have been accepted are asked to register before 5th of July 2027.

> The program is subject to change.

 

>> Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the following address: itp2027@sciencesconf.org

> For cancellations received before 15th of June 2027, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
> No refunds will be issued for requests received after 15th of June 2027.
> Registrations made by order form are subject to the same cancellation conditions.
> Registration fees will be refunded, with a deduction of 20€ excluding VAT for administration costs, if the congress is cancelled by the organisers. In this case, the organisers will have no further responsibility towards registrants.
> Registrations will remain valid if the congress is postponed to a later date.
